1. Eligibility:

• The Rovan Market Loyalty Program is open for customers.
• Register on the Rovan Market website with your name, phone number, and address.

2. Enrollment:

• Customers can enroll in the loyalty program through our website or at any Rovan Market offline store.
• A valid email address, mobile number and address are required for enrollment.
• After applying for the Loyalty Program, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Earning Points:

• Points are earned on every purchase made at Rovan Market offline stores and on our online website.
• For every 1 Euro spent, you will earn 0.01 points.
• Points are calculated based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
• Promotional and bonus points may be offered during special campaigns and events.

4. Using Points:

• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at Rovan Market offline stores  and online.
• For every 50 points, you can redeem 0.50 Euros.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
• The minimum point balance required for redemption may vary and will be specified in the program details.
• To redeem points in-store, provide your mobile number or email ID at checkout.
• To redeem points on the Rovan Market website, simply log in to your account. At the checkout page, you'll find the option to redeem points.

5. Card Usage:

• The loyalty card can be used at any Rovan Market branch across India, both offline and online.
• Customers must present their loyalty card at the time of purchase to earn or redeem points.
• Digital loyalty cards can be used by logging into your account on the Rovan Market website.

6. Account Management:

• Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their loyalty program account.
• Points will be forfeited if the account remains inactive for 12 months.

7. Program Changes and Termination:

• Rovan Market reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of program termination, customers will be notified and given a reasonable period to redeem any remaining points.

8. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during enrollment and participation in the loyalty program will be used in accordance with Rovan Market’s Privacy Policy.
• Rovan Market will not share customer information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Disqualification:

• Rovan Market reserves the right to disqualify any member from the loyalty program if fraudulent activity or misuse is detected.
• Disqualified members will forfeit all accumulated points and benefits.
